Put simply, our PAYG Bronze Support is a pre-paid allocation of a 'bucket' of support hours - there for you to call upon for additional support as and when you need it – without the hassle of additional administration of purchase orders or sign off procedures.
This support package provides you with the freedom to call upon our expertise from your pre-paid ‘bucket' of hours as and when you need it most, meaning you're only ever a phone call or email away from the support of a whole team of highly skilled Oracle specialists.
Additionally, this package includes an initial review of your environment which allows us to establish connectivity to your environment and alert you to any major concerns from the outset.
On an ongoing basis, you’ll receive Quarterly Snapshots – summarising usage and reporting against key indicators to give you the confidence that your system is in good shape, as well identifying any recommendations in line with 'best practice'.
Time is deducted from the ‘bucket’ allocation in 15 minute increments, unlike many of our competitors who charge in hourly increments, making our Bronze PAYG Support excellent value for money for minor or sporadic technical issues.
