Teamsolve, a leading UK Oracle Platinum Partner, are delighted to announce an increase in turnover exceeding 20% for the year ending March 2011.

With firm financial results yet to be posted, Teamsolve expect to report an increase in turnover exceeding 20% coupled with a solid performance in profits.

"We are delighted with the results this year.  This is a result of hard work and determination of all our staff in delivering quality services and in their continual drive for improvement across all areas of our business" says Stephen Moyle, Teamsolve's Sales Director.

"We have won some excellent business this year and clearly our propositions stack up well in the marketplace as we continue to be selected as the specialist Oracle Partner of choice for a wide range of organisations ranging from SMEs to Global Enterprises", explains Steve. "Much of this success is a result of our ability to engage and understand our clients precise requirements and assist in optimising Oracle to drive enhanced performance, security and availability from their important business systems.  Our proactive culture means that we don't wait for our clients' business to be affected by system problems, we proactively detect, advise and resolve issues before they hit the business".

"This year has also seen a broadening in our partner programme with Teamsolve being selected as the Oracle Partner of choice for Enterprise IT Groups, who are aligning core business delivery areas with Teamsolve services, particularly within the Clould and Data Centre hosting environments.  These collaborative relationships are an absolute vote of confidence in our skills, people, processes and systems.  It is also a recognition of our commitment to delivering excellence across our business, customers and partners", says Stephen.

"Despite the tough economic climate of the past 3 years, we have maintained an excellent client retention rate, with customers once again investing in projects and trusting Teamsolve to deliver on time, to budget and with requisite quality of work.  Moreover, our clients remain loyal to our Managed Services and we have secured renewals for up to 5 years terms across our client base.  Their satisfaction has manifested in open and willing references to help us attract many new and exciting clients which in itself speaks volumes about the quality of our service and commitment to client satisfaction."

With final Accounts to be released soon, Teamsolve are hitting the ground running for the Financial Year 2012.  Comments Stephen, "We are truly delighted with last years results, but we remain focussed and are excited by the opportunities now presented to us and fully expect this growth to continue".
