Oracle BI Applications Release 7.9.6 delivers new capabilities and content in Oracle Human Resources Analytics designed to help Human Resources (HR) professionals and front-line managers support talent management initiatives with up-to-the-minute insight into workforce performance and productivity levels across an organisation.

 

New focus areas in Oracle Human Resources Analytics include:

  • Recruitment Analytics – helps recruiters analyse the recruitment process life cycle efficiency and effectiveness including visibility into recruiting pipeline, vacancy aging, recruitment stage selectivity, candidate sourcing and quality of hire;
  • Learning Management Analytics – helps Learning Managers and Line Managers assess workforce learning participation rate and learning results as well as analyse course utilisation and course waiting time among other key aspects; and,
  • Leave and Absence Analytics – assists managers and HR departments in closely tracking employee absence trends, gaining insight into employee availability enterprise wide, and forecasting employee availability based on planned absence events.

Oracle Human Resources Analytics is pre-integrated with the Human Capital Management modules of both the Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise.

Oracle BI Applications also provides significant new enhancements to Oracle Procurement and Spend Analytics to help purchasing and sourcing organisations identify savings opportunities, improve operational performance, ensure timely delivery of quality goods at low costs and track reliability of supplier on-time delivery.


New and enhanced Oracle Procurement and Spend Analytics content includes:

  • Spend Analyser – enables users to understand spending patterns and savings opportunities with increased insight into direct and indirect spend and contract performance;
  • Employee Expenses – offers users a complete view of employee expenses including approval cycle times, expense report status and how money related to travel and expenses is being spent;
  • Procurement Performance – enhancements help users further understand operational effectiveness and track performance to help identify and mitigate bottlenecks; and,
  • Supplier Performance – enhancements enable users to further decrease costs and procurement cycle times as well as maximise working capital.

Oracle Procurement and Spend Analytics is pre-integrated with the Procurement and Payables modules of both the Oracle E-Business Suite and PeopleSoft Enterprise.

 

Oracle Price Analytics Delivers Consolidated View of Customer and Product Profitability


Oracle Price Analytics offers a single view of customer and product profitability to help organisations track and improve pricing and margin performance, understand and manage customer/deal discounting and monitor and improve price segmentation and policies.

 

Enhancements to Oracle Price Analytics include:

  • Expanded Deal life cycle and Price Waterfall Analysis;
  • New pricing variance alerts and pricing Key Performance Indicators; and,
