Finding that work/life balance is important at Teamsolve – and as a company we pride ourselves on our philosophy of being a supportive, co-operative team.
Teamsolve actively promotes our social activities. Each year we enjoy a series of teambuilding activities ranging from 4x4 driving, quad biking, archery and laser clay pigeon shooting to name just a few. Away from the office we ensure our social calendar stacks up with varying events throughout the year.
We also pride ourselves on what we can give back. A sense of social responsibility is equally as important to us as forging working relationships. Teamsolve has in the last two years sponsored Oxfam unwrapped and bought substantial gifts at Christmas on behalf of our clients. We actively collect and donate old laptops, mobile phones and day to day sundries and donate them to much needed causes.
Teamsolve encourage green working policies. Through a well communicated environmental plan– we operate a paperless office, have bonus schemes for car sharing and strongly encourage the recycling of paper and plastic.
