Sales and Marketing Administrator

£12,500 per annum

Permanent Position - Full Time - 9am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities

  • Administration support for the sales and marketing office to include
    proof-reading and formatting of proposals/documents/reports
  • Inputting, management, updating and reporting of sales and CRM system
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Ordering and collecting of marketing collateral
  • Prepare written documents (letters, reports, minutes) and prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Administration support and diary management for Management Team and Directors when required
  • Organising meetings internally & externally
  • Dealing of incoming telephone calls, outside the hours of part-time receptionist
  • Taking mail to the post office when required
  • Welcoming and reception of visitors to the company, outside the hours of part-time receptionist
  • Organise travel arrangements and hotel accommodation (through our external travel agent) for all staff when required, outside the hours of part-time receptionist
  • Support Office Manager in running the offices (Derby and London) to include day-to-day administration and facilities management, to ensure a functional and tidy office space

The successful candidate will:

  • Possess a positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders including colleagues, clients and business partners.
  • Have a proven ability to come up with creative and innovative solutions to communications challenges.
  • Have the ability to organise a range of varied work activities using their own judgment and initiative, along with the ability to listen and assimilate information.
  • Have an exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office; excellent Word plus Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
